StafferAI provides an AI-powered knowledge assistant that allows users to upload documents and ask questions to get instant, grounded answers from their organization's internal documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Paid plans are marketed as offering unlimited questions on a fair-use basis. Fair use covers normal human-driven business usage. To protect service reliability and control runaway costs, we may apply throttling or usage controls for scripted querying, automated scraping, abusive behavior, repeated document upload/delete churn, or sustained atypical usage patterns. These safeguards may apply to document ingest activity as well as chat usage, including temporary throttling of uploads or deletes when churn or automation patterns look abusive.
StafferAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information retrieved from uploaded documents.

StafferAI utilizes artificial intelligence to process and retrieve information. While we strive for accuracy, AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any answers or output generated by the service before acting upon them. StafferAI shall not be held liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to StafferAI. By uploading documents, you grant us a secure, limited license to store, process, and index this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to your organization.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
